I found the online check-in process very efficient. The decor was REALLY clean and well-kept. Soundproofing was AMAZING. I didn't hear any outside noise.
The pillows provided were a bit too soft for my liking.

The room featured a big bathroom, this was a nice surprise. The room design felt stylish and well thought out. I could watch Youtube on the tv. This was a plus for entertainment.

i booked a room by accident, and it had four beds instead of one. when i arrived, the hotel staff helped me find a more suitable room for the night. the hotel also used high-tech systems that were excellent.
i booked three rooms, and i had to fill out the same lengthy form for each room. it was tedious. the room photos on the website show a bathtub, but none of the rooms included one.

The location was on a VERY busy road. There are NO tea or coffee facilities in the rooms or anywhere in the building g.

The room was very nice and spacious with a modern design. the bed was comfortable!!! i also appreciated the coffee machine right in the room. That was super useful for early mornings. it was a short walk to the metro station. the staff was nice and helpful too.
the check-in process was a little challenging. i had to fill out a lengthy form, a bit time-consuming.
